These Terms of Sale apply to retail purchases made through our online store at shopindia.clothclips.com. They are in addition to our Terms of Service. (Wholesale and export sales are governed by separate quotations and our Vendor Portal Terms.)
Prices for retail packs are shown on the product pages in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for retail buyers. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate prices and images; in the rare event of an error, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept and confirm your order and payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations), in which case any amount paid is refunded.
Payment is collected at checkout through our payment provider (e.g. Razorpay / Shopify Payments) supporting UPI, cards and netbanking. We do not store your full card details. All applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as shown at checkout and reflected on your invoice.
On successful payment you receive an order confirmation. A GST tax invoice is issued for your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian consumer law.
