Some Services (the online store and vendor portal) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your access (including OTP and devices) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Online retail orders are governed additionally by our Terms of Sale, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies. Vendor (B2B) orders are governed additionally by our Vendor Portal Terms.
The Services link to third-party platforms (Amazon, Zepto, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, payment gateways and others). We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinco Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify Sinco Industries against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
