These Vendor Portal Terms govern access to and use of the Sinco B2B vendor portal at vendors.clothclips.com (the “Portal”) by approved trade customers (“Vendors”). They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Portal is for approved business customers only. Access is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn. You log in using your registered phone number via one-time password (OTP); keep your number and device secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We hold your business details (name, contact, GSTIN, address), assigned pricing tier, order and dispatch history, account ledger, and any payment receipts you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide. Each Vendor can access only their own data.
Prices shown in the Portal are specific to your account or pricing tier, are confidential to you, and may change. Prices are exclusive of taxes and charges unless stated. A displayed price is an indication; the final price for an order is confirmed by us and reflected in the tax invoice.
Orders placed through the Portal (or via linked WhatsApp/phone channels) are offers to purchase, subject to our confirmation, stock and credit checks. We may confirm, partially fulfil, adjust or decline an order. Minimum order quantities apply per product.
The account ledger shown in the Portal is provided for your convenience and is synced from our books of account. In case of any discrepancy, our official books and tax invoices prevail. Payment terms, credit limits and due dates are as separately agreed with us.
Pricing, terms and other information made available to you through the Portal are confidential. You agree not to disclose them to third parties.
You agree not to share access, attempt to access other Vendors’ data, or interfere with the Portal’s operation or security.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, overdue payments, or at our discretion. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
